This boy is loaded like a double barrel 12 gauge shot gun with genetics --These are four of his grandparents....Legacy Gold...Dreamer's Advocate...Magnus...Peruvian Augusto!!!!  Victor is one of Katalyst's (Snowmass) nicest crias and exactly what we hope for in the progeny of a herdsire---true to type, advanced crimp and staple structure, killer luster, correct conformation on a nicely balanced frame and carrying a fleece with "rug like" density and exceptional fineness. First shearing getting a fineness of 18.2 mircons with a CV of 0.9.

Victor's fleece is totally cream white and has a pleasing hand to it. We love the head--just like his sire with that Snowmass true-to-type masculine block-like squareness. We will show him in the fall...result just in Victor fleece got a second at Alpacafest in Ohio...the Judges agree folks...confirming an elite fleece in a tough white class.

At the New England Alpaca Classic 2011 Victor took second.

Judge Wade Gease commented on Victor's very advanced crimp style, superior density of fleece, uniformity of coverage,elite fineness and overall well-balanced conformation and blocky head style....barely imperceptible fineness (like one micron)separated Victor from the alpaca placed in first place that went on to get Reserve Champion.

Victor's best showing was at the Southeast Fiber Animal Fair in North Carolina where he got First in his class and then was named White Color Champion with perfect scores for fineness and density.  This Champion is for sale and will be ready to start his breeding career next Spring.
