One of the things we like so much about Saga, Nairobi's sire is his super dense and high luster jet black fleece. Saga has passed all that on to one of his first female crias. Since her mom placed second at the North American Show and also has Greybeard as her sire, Nairobi has all the pedigree to become a top of the line female for any breeding program. This is a big solid girl who was born at 21 lbs and in maturing nicely. Her fleece is black velvet throughout...not a spot anything but jet black...and really dense. He fleece tips out a henna/bay black but as soon as you part it it is jet black underneath. This is a very spunky girl who is giving the older male crias a real run for their money...very muscular and athletic in her play. There is much to like about this rare colored female alpaca.
